So what are advantages of using Makeup Brushes?
Some people think that they don't need Makeup Brushes. No doubt you love your finger but use them to hold things. If you will give a little attention, then you will find that you almost use them to hold things like holding a spoon or forks to eat, holding a pen to write with, use a toothbrush to brush your teeth, etc, then why not use a makeup brush when applying your makeup.Using Makeup Brush has several benefits:
  • The brushes are simpler to control than your finger and so the result is much less messy.
  • Brushes can help you applying blush on one cheek and then the other with a matching effect.
  • Brushes make final effect natural and wonderful. Your face will glow more and each color should come blended into the next.
  • Your fingers can contaminate your cosmetics, but your brushes do not.

Expert Brush Set - Pure Kolinsky Bristles

Kolinsky makeup brushes have the best porosity for application of the most intense, truest form of color. Kolinsky, sometimes referred to as kolinsky sable, is not from a sable at all, but comes from the tail of a species of mink that is a member of the weasel family found in Siberia and northeastern China. It is generally conceded to be the best material for precise layering of color, especially for creation of specific gradations due to its strength, spring and ability to retain its shape ("snap"). It holds a very fine point or edge for precise application that is favored by professional makeup artists around the world. This is considered a professional grade of hair, and if properly cared for, Kolinsky will last for many years. These are the most expensive brushes. The price for just one Pure Kolinsky eyeshadow brush made by Shu Uemura is priced at $135.00.
At the Makeup Brush Company we have a 23 Piece Kolinsky Brush Set that is only $225.00. This brush set is used by professional makeup artist and teachers.

Pure Kolinsky Makeup Brush Set

Italian Badger Makeup Brushes

Badger Hair - Badger "tapers" are conical in shape, and have more elasticity, making them springier and softer on your face. A high quality badger hair brush will have a variegated appearance: light to dark tips. Badger gray hairs are less tapered, less elastic, less soft, and less expensive. These brushes are really more suitable as barber's brushes! The Italian Artist collection of makeup brushes use the top grade badger hairs making them super soft. These brushes are preferred and used by professional makeup artist.

Recomended Makeup Brushes for Breast Cancer Beauty Tips Article Below

Italian Badger Bronzer Brush $17 Ultra soft brisltes will add a healthy glow to your skin.

Mini Eye Smudger $7 Smudge away those harsh eyeliner lines to create a soft and natural look.

Beauty Tips for Women Dealing with Breast Cancer Treatment Side Effects

These are some sugggestions taken from the article in the Health.com Website
Taken from the book Ramy Gafni's Beauty Therapy: The Ultimate Guide to Looking and Feeling Great While Living with Cancer
1. Try yellow-based concealer plus bronzer
If you have dark shadows under your eyes, Gafni recommends using concealer—yellow-based (not pink), because that looks the most natural. Choose a shade that either matches your skin tone or is slightly lighter. "Then add a little bronzer to get rid of sallowness or paleness in the skin, or add a rosy blush to the apples of the cheeks to give you a healthy pop of color. Keep it simple."

2. Use pencil or pomade to fill in your brows
"More than losing the hair on your head—if you're bald or have it shaved people could just think you're an artist—losing your brows and lashes are a bigger giveaway that you're going through cancer," says Gafni. If you have partial hair loss, he recommends using a pencil or pomade a shade lighter than your hair color to fill in brows. "If you have no hair [on your brows] at all, go a little darker than your hair color," he adds, noting that a wax-based brow filler, like his Miracle Brow!, will adhere better to the skin.

3. Smudge eyeliner on your lash line
"The best way to fill your lash line is to use an eyeliner—pencil, pen, or liquid, which is the hardest to work with and looks the most artificial," says Gafni. "Go as close to the lash line as possible with a brownish-black pencil or pen, but you don't need to make a perfectly straight line; it looks better if you smudge it a little bit. Do this on the upper lash line and you can do a little bit on the outer half of the lower lash line."

Women of color can use more intense colors, like a black eyeliner and a richer, burgundy blush, Gafni says.
